CharityConnect: Q&A: Mental Health & Wellbeing at Work
** Join us on Thursday 20th June, 1-2pm, to ask our Mental Health and Wellbeing experts your questions on workplace wellbeing, how to be happier and more productive at work & discuss issues that matter to you. **
Professionals in the Third Sector tend to be very committed to their cause and communities and sometimes avoid speaking out about their mental health and wellbeing in order to protect the organisation and the sector as a whole. However, many workers do experience mental health problems and often feel isolated and lack support. Our community wanted to talk about this important issue so we invited some brilliant experts to facilitate the discussion.
Mental Health is a challenging topic for most but together we can create a safe environment to discuss the issues, support each other and make a significant change in the sector! 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️
This discussion is for everyone - those who are looking to improve their wellbeing at work, those who want to help their peers and those who have teams to lead and support. Our knowledgeable experts will be able to advise you. This is an open discussion so feel free to add your thoughts and join in at any point.

🗓When: Thursday, 20th June, 1PM-2PM
💻Where: Online on CharityConnect, right here on this post

She firmly believes that looking after ourselves and our wellbeing (and avoiding the stress and burnout so common in our sector) is absolutely key to being able to make our most powerful contribution and ‘be the change we want to see in the world.’

Jon now speaks openly on how awareness and reducing stigma can save lives.
