What are the best and affordable fundraising platforms out there?

Our small charity uses Just Giving for donations etc on our website.
We opted for the free Start membership but this does not entitle us to any reports whatsoever so we cannot identify donors and have to ask about Gift Aid numbers for the accounts.
The next level of membership would cost us £216 pa which is too much in view of the small level of funds raised.
Would be grateful for any thoughts on Just Giving or other cheaper platforms.
