Client expenses policy

Hi
Has anyone got a template policy for paying clients expenses that they would be willing to share please? We are already seeing the effect of the increase in living costs - with clients struggling to attend appointments due to the cost of fuel/parking/public transport etc.
Where possible we would like to be able to contribute to such expenses, as missing appointments would really be detrimental to clients' recovery.
