I am assisting with a pay review and I'm looking for what the recent trends for cost of living increases are in the charity sector. I would really appreciate some insight from the forum of what other charities are doing and where to find further information from. I'm new to this area and so far all the data I can find online is pre-Covid!

I am interested in if you have still offered it in the same way in 20/21, how much, is the % less than previous years or entirely based on the RPI.
