Data collection and monitoring

CharityConnect: Data collection and monitoring
Hello, I am the coordinator for a small village endowed charity in the midlands.  Our new strategy has an aim to monitor the personal data of people we are giving grants to.  This is to ensure that we become aware if particular groups of people aren't applying.  I wondered what data eg.  ethnicity, gender, disability etc other charities collect and how this is compared to the general community that is being worked in.  One way I have thought is through the census data 2021.  Does anyone have any experience of setting this up and monitoring it meaningfully?  Thanks,  Jo
