Easy to use and cost-effective payroll recommendations

We run our payroll as we have people with learning disabilities who earn occasionally so despite having a regular staff team of 7 we have 46 people on our payroll, many of whom are on a weekly pay run.

Our payroll site which we currently use is closing at the end of the financial year - we are keen to keep managing this ourselves as we provide easy read payroll materials and information and support people to track their earnings and inform DWP where necessary.

Any recommendations? - particularly one that is cost-effective, reasonably easy to use to manage monthly and weekly pay runs
