Hello, 

I am just wondering if there is someone to talk to on this platform about the work I have been doing in my spare time supporting and empowering women in my community for over a year now. I worked in the charity sector for almost two decades, so I know the pros and cons of setting up a charity particularly small charities. I like what I do for my community, and I would like it to be recognised, but I do not have time to set up and run it as a charity. I also want to run it at a slow pace and low profile, considering my full-time paid job and family life. One reason being recognised is when writing a supporting document or advocating for the women, my email address (Gmail) is not considered as formal. I would also like friends and supporters to donate their time, expertise, and, if possible, finance. Is there any other way (rather than setting up a charity) to formalise the women's group? 

I know it's a big ask, but I really appreciate any support on this.
