International structure—How to get to local capability with central oversight?

Governing your Charity

We are a UK not-for-profit who is in the process of either adding charity status to our current company limited by guarantee or setting up a UK charity entity. Currently we just provide our service in the UK, although we are likely to expand our service into Ireland and potentially the US.
I am trying to get to grips with how we could set up local organisations in Ireland and the US, while being able to have enough control to protect our brand and mission. We are in a key growth stage and I think it is going to be really important for the different entities to evolve and collaborate together very closely. It is also likely that we would be providing central services and delivering some service into these local organisations too. We want it to be one group with local capability (even if they are different legal organisations).
Does anyone have any advice on how this could work? Or even who to speak to to get expert advice?
