We are a small dog and cat charity but process a lot of data from various sources. I need to recruit someone that will be able to resolve IT problems, understand and improve website functionality, transfer data between its source system (Facebook/Banks/Text systems) and import into a Donor Database, Donorfy. This person needs to have a 'can do' attitude and 'I'm sure that function could be better if....' kind of attitude.
They will need to liaise with 3rd party providers and define required improvements and functionality and ensure that they deliver what's been agreed as we have problems mostly with web developers and social media marketing companies.
How do I define the job description for this sort of key role?
