Looking for a method to track in-kind support

Hi - I am looking for an easy method to quantify and track in-kind support (anything from free goods and services to volunteer hours and anything else that may be donated). Does anyone have a template or spreadsheet or formula for calculation that they would be willing to share, or advice to guide me on setting something up? Thanks S
