HI, first time posting here. I've just been made redundant from my job as a Production Team Lead at a Design agency and would like to move into the charity/not for profit sector. I'm not really sure where to look for jobs and what sort of jobs I should be going for. I see loads of jobs adverts where I have most of the skills but I don't have the experience or am missing some skills so I don't apply. I'm also a volunteer Trustee for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust.

Is there any training courses I can look at taking which will help?
