New to community fundraising

Hi there😊
I've been in fundraising since 2019, due to a family bereavement I applied for a role within In Mem. No previous experience in the Third Sector, teaching background.
My projects are expanding and i'm now looking after community fundraising also, excited by the challenge, but very inexperienced. Can anyone give me suggestions on how to expand my knowledge or which areas are the easiest to ascertain.
