Hi all. I've noted before that a fairly regular query posted on here is from people looking for advice on how to transition into the charity/not-for-profit sector from other walks of life. I run comms for the EP Foundation, which specialises in supporting people with those transitions (as well as exploring how to make the sector a better place to work for all its staff and volunteers).
