Registering a charity: what does 'advancement of education' cover exactly?

Hello
I wonder if someone can explain to me what 'Advancement of education' means in the application to register for charity with the Charity Commission?
What I am asking is, does training such as mindfulness, yoga, breathe work training count as 'advancement of education' as it is 'education' 'skills training'?
If anyone can answer me it would help me enormously. Thank you so much.
