I'm looking for advice on how to update donor records with regular donations. We're a small charity with a few hundred people who donate on a regular basis (monthly). Right now every month we go through bank account statements and update our database (Donorflex) to record that we have received Person X's donation, comparing a bank statement with a list generated in Donorflex and going through it line by line. Does anyone know of a quicker more automated way of doing this? I can't imagine charities with 1000s of regular donors are doing this manually as well.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
