Our CIO AGM is due in September. It will be the first following initial registration so all trustees resign as a matter of course. As well as a trustee, I am the Treasurer and have recently taken over the management of the website plus other duties. I know I'm a fool to myself. There a lots of volunteers in the CIO but  they tend to stay clear of the roles that I currently have.

I'm most knowledgeable regarding constitution and find myself guiding the Board and specifically the secretary. I'm minded not to put myself up for re-election but would not want to leave the team in the lurch. Is it as simple as saying I will be in attendance at Trustee meetings to cover financial reporting (and any other advice required) - I recognise I will not have a vote.
