I hear a lot of people say they have 'equal opportunities' data, but don't know what to do with. If you have it, here's how you can use it.
If you don't have it, you need to start asking for it.
And if you're asking but people aren't giving it, then you need to be doing something to make people feel more comfortable disclosing.
