Hi all, 
I'm starting a small volunteer-led project at my work. We do alumni work (though different to your usual university alumni) and several of our fellows (alumni) are going to lead on an information collecting project, where they speak with other fellows (a few a week over the course of several months) and feed the information back to us. 
What are your top tips for managing volunteers? What are challenges I am likely to face and any solutions you have through your experience?
