I work as part of the Thriving Communities Programme and would like to introduce you to our social prescribing programme which is being funded by the National Academy of Social Prescribing. Social Prescribing can be referred to as community referral or non-clinical services that can help improve peoples health and wellbeing.

The work that you are doing with Sopwell Singers is recognised as a form of social prescribing as you are helping people reduce stress, increase confidence, and improve their overall wellbeing. We run a responsive programme to support local charities, community groups, faith groups and social enterprises through engaging national and local webinars, local funding mailings, one to one support, training opportunities and access to local social prescribing networks.
