I am currently reviewing and working on a couple of compensation topics and wondered if anyone could very kindly provide any information.
The 1st one is:
I am in the initial stages of reviewing our pay model and looking at what other charities have in place. Is anyone happy to share their pay modelling and any insights? - How it is working and how well it is perceived? etc
