Hi,  we have been approached for a multi joint bid with a quick turnaround.  After a call they sent the draft of what they would do, named the other parties and possible project. They asked us if we were interested, can we contribute to this and what are costs are if we go ahead. As a very small charity but significant expertise , we can do our part but how do we find out what the budget is in total?   They want to know what we can contribute costs for time equipment but we don't know what they are . Is there a set formula for days time equipment ? Thank you in advance.
