Advice on running a festival and using event management companies

Hi everyone,

Our Charity is considering organising a one-day festival-style event. I would love to hear from anyone with experience in this area, especially if you’ve worked with an event management company. Knowing which company you used, how they contributed, and whether you’d recommend them would be really helpful.

Would also appreciate any tips on what worked well, challenges faced, or general advice on collaborating with event companies for such events.
