Affordable event and office space? (London)

Hello Charities!
We are looking for advice on an where to find an affordable event space for an upcoming evening event. A panel discussion with 50c in the audience. Central/North London pref, but not restricted to these areas.
We also are looking for office space for 4-5, twice a week and use of a meeting room occasionally. Maybe you know someone who wants to share an office for example :)
