Any funding for charity owned building structural survey?

Hello
We are a very small charity on the Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire border which was gifted a substantial arts and crafts style village hall 100 years ago.We need to carry out a full building survey to identify external works needed such as roof repairs and rendering. I haven't been able to find any funding for this type of survey (£5-10k) or anyone able to offer pro bono.
Can anyone help/advise please? Thank you
