Anyone currently having issues using Totalgiving?

We've been using it for quite a few years and claiming Gift aid monthly. I tried to make a Gift Aid Claim back at the beginning of June but an error message occurred and despite emailing customer support numerous times, no reply whatsoever. Anyone else had a similar experience?
