Awards for All - easy application or should I get a bid writer?

Hi All,
As stated in the title, I'm currently working on an awards for all application in order to hire an extra member of staff which we desperately need (it's just me at the moment working on community projects and i am streeeetched!)
I am currently using chatgpt to help me but am wondering whether i am better off hiring an expert. Any advice would be much appreciated.
