Hi everyone,
In the run up to 23/24 our charity is working to select a new CRM for fundraising as part of our strategy for the next financial year. We want it to be a comprehensive CRM that will hopefully include abilities to:-
- Track and manage grant application processes - deadlines, reporting requirements & dates, ability to store key docs, automated functions & reminders etc., annual/Gantt calendar
- Manage our individual / community donations process - automated donor pathways, ability to create different campaigns, donor tracking, online and in person payment integrations, integration of key marketing tools (Mailchimp, Twitter, Instagram etc.) & finance tools (Xero)
- Include fundraising event management functions - ability to include specific 'customers' in specific events, automated comms pathways relating to events etc., event charge options, annual calendar function & individual sign up
- Support function - ongoing support from L&D / tech team, training included etc.
It's quite the wish list! I was wondering if anyone has done some similar research themselves and could recommend any specific fundraising CRMs that might be the best option?
