What are the best donation platforms?

Hi,
I see there was a helpful post on this from about 3 years ago. What would people say about the best donation platforms now?
For fees, conversion rates, ease of use, etc. Also considering using a website builder like Wix or SquareSpace - will this mean the donation platform/plugins I can use are limited?
