Looking for some advice on this please. We use CAF Donate as our giving platform but businesses can't donate through it using business cards due to the level of checks needed. We nearly lost a £2500 donation this morning where a business had tried to donate but their donation got refunded to them. Fortunately we have managed to locate the company and get the donation another way.
Do other charities use other platforms which work better for businesses who wish to donate?
