Hi all, does anyone have any recommendations for the best coverage monitoring service - and possibly more importantly - the best coverage analysis service? Including lesser-known ones that are good?
I have a charity client looking to switch away from Meltwater. I've had big issues with Cision in the past, so will probably avoid it. But need something that will do things like track key messages, measure sentiment, categorise campaigns etc.
It's a charity client so the budget won't be major - but any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks
