CharityConnect: Donation Manager issues with customer services!
Hello everyone. I am looking for some support / suggestions . I have been using Total Giving donation manager for some time , this is fundamental to our charity to get through gift aid claims etc.
I have had SO many issues with the system, constantly getting 'OOPS' error messages / time out errors and things that just don't work at all. Ive reached out to them via the contact us form and also via email.. i never hear back or get any response. I am getting to the point where our charity is massively struggling financially without the constant income from gift aid.
Has anyone got a contact who works for total giving / donation manager or do I need to report them?
Thank you

Jess
