Hi there,

I would like to gain new skills to enter the Research / Policy field as I am really interested in this. I have been working in the charity sector for some time (in advice) and would like to cross over. What skills would you recommend in learning? Would you recommend studying a Master's degree in Research / Policy? Or would you recommend volunteering to learn more about research skills?
