Fundraising Platforms

Hi,

We are looking for a new fundraising platform now we are a registered charity.

Our first choice is TotalGiving, as they have no fees and facilitate direct gift aid claims.

However, I cannot get any response from them. Been trying for last month.

Does not bode well for reliability I guess.

Can anyone recommend a good platform?
