Good morning everyone,
Firstly, I'm a newbie around here and wanted to introduce myself. I'm the founder of Inspireuk - the charity. We help individuals gain access to mental health and well-being support through our referral system and pool of qualified professionals.
We are newly set up, we currently have a fantastic Board of Trustees.
So far we have created our constitution, started our CIO application, our overall strategy and our application for a bank account.
I suppose my questions lies around the following elements:
  • Is there anything else we need to think about that we may not have thought of?
  • Is there a way we can start taking donations / fundraising or applying for grants without our registration or having a bank account. (For reference our bank account won't be active until we have our CIO application accepted)
Any help or guidance would be much appreciated we are all new to setting up the charity although it's been running as a business since 2020.
Many thanks
Leila
