Wondered if anyone else has been informed that they have funds sitting with Give As You Live, given by donors and allocated to our foodbank charity, even though we don't have a Give As You Live account. They are now telling me that to get the funds we need to set up an account. We are already set up with a few different platforms and don't really want to set up another one. However, we would like the donations! All seems a bit odd/confusing. Just wondered if anyone else has had this experience and can advise please.
