Grants for Work Mobile Phones

Hi all
We're a small registered UK charity (circa 28 employees) who have worked remotely for years. Previously we've used a VOIP phone network in each location, with employees using either their own mobile, or purchasing their own work mobile.
We're now wanting to get a set of work mobiles for all employees - has anyone had any experience of funding anything similar through any grants or foundations? I've looked at the big providers but no scheme has jumped out at me. SwitchAid have come up a few times, if anyone would recommend them?
