Has anyone used Constant Contact? Your thoughts?

Hi!
We use eTapestry as our CRM but are finding the newsletter/email function a bit clunky. I'm looking into email service providers that ideally will integrate with eTapestry. Constant Contact is coming up, does anyone have any experience with this/would anyone recommend it?
