How do we market our charity more effectively?

We're trying to build a charitable system that is also capitalist in nature. With this new idea we intend to take on the central banks and bring paradise to earth.
My brother and I are building a website that will provide a reasonably standard "gift economy", except at our site, the users are rewarded for providing goods or services free of charge.
Once we get started we hope to find staff using our site, who are rewarded at our site, but right now, we are in need of lots of staff like graphics designers but have no way to contact them en-mass.
Don't suppose any of you guys know a good artist? Or could point me in the direction of a site where we are allowed to contact them?
