Help! Is this organisation legitimate?

I hope you're well.
I was wondering if someone could help verify whether this organisation is legitimate, as we’ve recently been in contact with them regarding a potential collaboration.
They’ve proposed that we pay £3,000 upfront, and in return, they will support us with funding applications—taking a 5% cut of any successful grants. While their offer sounds promising, the upfront cost seems quite high, so I’d appreciate any advice or insight you may have on this.
