Finding it hard to get a straight answer on this one!

We were granted funding from the National Lottery's Reaching Communities fund a few years ago (before my time at my organisation), and now when applying for other funding I need to do a declaration of all funding we have received in the past 2 years which falls under Subsidy Control. We received the last payment of our NL grant within the past 2 years. 

I know Lottery funding is considered public money - so will I need to declare this funding on the Subsidy control?
