Latest update from the London Community Response team

Applications for ‘crisis response’ grants continuing, but pausing new applications from 19th May for ‘delivering differently'
If you’re looking to submit an application for a 'delivering differently' grant from the London Community Response please ensure you complete this by 5pm on Tuesday 19th May, as after this time we’ll be pausing taking applications for this programme.

Delivering differently grants are designed to help civil society to change the way work is delivered to provide ongoing support and services. As lockdown is eased, the community of funders involved in the Response are looking to ensure that funding adapts to the high demand that London’s civil society will continue to experience. We are working to launch new funding rounds from early June.

Crisis response grants will remain open, there will be no pause in taking applications for these. Grants of up to £10,000 are available to help enable civil society organisations meet the immediate needs of communities, from food and essentials, to equipment and additional short-term staff costs.

We are continuing to listen to charities, communities and of course Londoners. The real-time intelligence that we are gathering is crucial in shaping the future of the response. This is a pause, not a stop - further funding will be announced from the London Community Response in early June.
How do I find out more about funding and apply?
Full eligibility criteria and guidance on available funding can be found on the London Community Response website. The website has been recently refreshed to make navigation easier, provide more details about the contributing funders and to display information on which organisations have been offered funding so far.
We know that marginalised communities are more likely to be impacted by the economic effects of covid-19. Please make sure that small and minority-led groups in your network know about this, and signpost them to application support where possible.
