CharityConnect: Looking for an Architect (pro bono), Zero Carbon Build
We are looking for a partner interested in Supporting Communities and the Environment
We hesitate to write as perhaps our project is perhaps far too small, but we are looking to change 8 acres of disused land and two derelict building into a legacy project, a project, Community Workshops & Gardens @ Holme Farm, for the community post-Covid into a Leisure Park with a difference.
We have the opportunity to extend this project over 13 acres and have just found out that we could extend over some old woodland.
We have documents that will show our aim and we are currently working with Surrey County Council for a grant c.1,000,000 with further funds from the National Lottery. Runnymede Borough Council are looking to provide a First Funding grant for the initial design and costings area of the project.
We may need a little pro bono work but are hoping to stand on our own two feet.
