Looking for grants for a small charity

Hello Everyone,
I am the founder of a small charity supporting autistic adults and their families. Most of the projects are funded by me but we recently got funding from National Lottery. Given the amount of people we support.
We need to employ more volunteers to reach out to people online and in person. I have been doing this with help of few paid volunteers. I need more fund to be able to support families through traumatic times.
I am looking for a fundraiser to help raise funds for our projects this year. Can anyone recommend a good fundraiser ?
