Looking to meet other village hall fundraisers

Hi there i am new to grant writing., I wanted to reach out to other village hall for assistance in writing grants for sound/visual/lighting technology for live performances and conferencing.
We have a very large stage with a projector that was out the arc and a lighting system which has about 5 light bulbs in it. We want to modernise to put on stage productions, run cinema clubs and also have remote guest speaker conferences at our hall. Any help from a village hall that has already done this work is greatly appreciated.
