We currently use MyDonate (uh oh!) and Virgin Money Giving to collect our donations, as we do not have the software/website to take them directly ourselves.

I am about to launch a monthly giving membership scheme for our charity. Those who sign up to make a monthly gift via our Virgin Money Giving page will be eligible, however, there is no alert or report that tells you when someone has signed up to make a monthly donation. There are only reports to show once donations are received, so I think you would have to wait until receiving two months worth of donations before you'd be alerted to the fact that someone is a monthly giver.

I've been in contact with VMG to check and they seem to have confirmed that this is the case.

Because we need to acknowledge, thank and welcome these new members, waiting until their second donation isn't an option!

Does anybody use a web-hosted platform that gives you reporting options on monthly giving that are a little more timely? Or ideally, lets you know when someone signs up to use that service?

Preferably free or low cost!
