I have the opportunity for multi nation funding for five projects. Do you know anyone who has written such a proposal? I could do it per nation in Africa or could do it per project.

Per nation proposal could be better if each country have distinct needs and regulation while per project proposal is suitable if the projects are similar across countries. Though, some funders might prefer specific-country proposals and some might be interested in cross-country comparisons. I hope this helps.
