A project I am working on is very unique, it has never been done before anywhere in the world and is so good that the developers of 3 companies have agreed to be official sponsors and be on board with it
I am going to be registering as a CIC because although it is aimed at a specific group who will always receive the project for free there is a business model for me to earn revenue to put back in to the CIC but also use profits to donate to another project that will be a CIO

What I need to know is, am I justified in approaching other charities for help but asking them to sign a NDA before revealing my plans? A few months back I asked for advice on a fb group for the local area and although didn't reveal the main format the bit I did reveal was immediately copied by a local charitable cause bang on exactly as how i'd mentioned it
Any advice is much appreciated
