Hi, 

I'd love to hear from people who successfully use Raisers Edge and rate it as a CRM. I understand its very popular and well used in our sector. We currently use it however it has been unloved for a while and as such is not well liked by key stakeholders. I believe our main challenges are possibly due to lack of consistent standards and processes in place, lack of ownership/advocacy and also a lack of trust in the data. But... there is a also a feeling from some that perhaps its simply not the right tool for us in terms of capabilities.
