We're currently in the process of recruiting for a couple of roles. We are a micro-charity and these are part-time positions.

We are exploring solutions for an effective recruitment ATS that can:
- Capture applicant details
- Maintain secure records of our small team of employees and volunteers

Our goal is to find a low-cost system that streamlines application management while ensuring data security. We have access to both Beacon CRM and Plinth, but both of those would require, in my understanding, some quite heavy customisations to get up and running.

Ideally, I just wanted to get something off the shelf.

I hope someone who also runs a micro charity might be able to recommend something low cost and fit for purpose.
