Hi,

I wondered if you can help please. We work alongside a great charity who provide singing and activities for us at our services. We have recently received and email from them stating that they will have to prioritise bookings for their free services to homes and centres that regularly donate to their charity. I don't want them to get in trouble and I felt that this may go against charity commission rules and fundraising rules? Does anyone know as can't seem to find anything online. 

 Would they be best asking for donations for all sessions? Or can they charge for sessions as a charity?
